By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing prompt recipes on Promptly Digital ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and digital IP regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

Promptly Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Every licensed prompt recipe granted on Promptly Digital conveys a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to synthesize multimedia (images, vectors, 3D renders, video, text) using the licensed recipe syntax.

You are granted full commercial rights to monetize, sell, advertise, publish, and distribute all media generated using the prompt parameters.

You may not resell or redistribute raw prompt recipe parameters, negative weighting tokens, or proprietary syntax formulas as a standalone digital asset without explicit creator authorization.

Promptly Digital guarantees an 85% creator royalty share on all primary prompt unlocks, recipe suites, and enterprise synthesis commissions.

Creators retain full intellectual copyright over their engineered recipe formulas, subject to the commercial usage licenses granted to verified buyers.

All prompt blueprints are protected by proprietary cryptographic DRM tokenization. Mass scraping, unauthorized automated crawling, or distillation of platform recipes is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal enforcement.

Users and Creators agree never to publish, generate, or distribute prompt recipes designed to produce illegal, non-consensual, violent, or defamatory imagery.

Promptly Digital utilizes automated multi-layer AI safety verification to reject recipes violating model safety guidelines (Midjourney, OpenAI, Flux, Stability AI).

Accounts found repeatedly submitting abusive syntax or attempting exploit injections will face immediate permanent suspension without refund.

All transactions on Promptly Digital are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways and serverless ledger infrastructure.

Due to the instant, digital nature of prompt recipe delivery, sales are generally final once the unmasked prompt parameters have been copied or unlocked.

If a recipe is demonstrably broken or fails to produce reproducible outputs on the designated AI model version, buyers may request a replacement credit within 48 hours of purchase.
